Delivery Policy - UK Mainland
Our standard policy is to dispatch orders on a 2 to 3 day courier delivery schedule subject to the goods being in stock. If the goods are not available from stock we will advise you by return email or phone call when the goods will be available to ship and an anticipated delivery date, if the date is unacceptable you can either change your order to a product available from stock or cancel your order.

We are also offer a next day delivery, Saturday delivery and timed delivery service.

Next Day Delivery / Saturday Delivery / Timed Delivery
In order to receive next working day delivery on "Standard Working Day Courier" orders that have a "Next Day" availability, you will need to place your order by 3PM of that day. Orders placed after 12PM will be shipped on the following day.
Please note that next day delivery refers to delivery time from dispatch - if an item is not available "Next Day - Orders by 12PM" then it will not be dispatched on the day of order. If you require an item by a certain date, please mention this when you place your order and we will make our best Endeavour to supply your goods by this date.For items ordered on Friday before 12PM, "Next Day" delivery refers to the next working day, Monday. Saturday delivery can only be arranged if you select Saturday Morning delivery at checkout.We are unable to arrange courier service to deliver items on Sundays or Bank Holidays.Orders placed on Friday after 12PM, Saturday or Sunday for "next day delivery" will be packed and shipped on the following Monday, for arrival on Tuesday.All orders placed during public holidays, such as Bank Holiday weekends, will be shipped on the first possible date after the holidays.Outside holidays, orders with a "Next Day - before 12PM" availability are packed and shipped Monday through Friday, and unless a Saturday delivery is selected at checkout, your order will be delivered on the next available working day.  Timed delivery can be arranged for a one hour window to suit you, this service is only available on next day deliveries.

Delivery Address
Please ensure you provide a correct postcode and address; our website automatically creates shipping labels based on the information you provide. If the information you provide us is incorrect and you do not inform us upon receipt of your Dispatch Notice, we will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations as the delay or failure arises from a cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery and Packing

• Delivery dates are estimates only and we shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from any act of God, war or riot, extreme weather, strikes or any other events, which are beyond our control.
• We reserve the right to deliver goods by installments, each installment being treated as a separate contract.
• Risk in Goods will pass to you on delivery and you should insure accordingly. 
• Goods will be delivered at the point most convenient to our carrier. Further transfer or installation within your premises, particularly for large or heavy items, must be arranged prior to delivery and will be charged extra.
