At ecotile, customer care is significantly high on our list of priorities. It is usually the key contributor in receiving many of our orders. Spencer Signs, one of Europe’s leading sign manufacturers, made contact with a big installation in mind, spanning 500sqm. Up against a rival company, we were delighted to be told they preferred our friendly, personal approach.
Chris Kenny, our Northern England and Scotland representative, dealt with the company during the planning and installation of the floor. Spencer Signs being semi confident about laying it themselves, he reassured them and remained on site on the day of install to help oversee it and ‘(get) down on his hands and knees’ laying the tiles with them. Spencer Signs called back within the week and, impressed with the overall finish, recommended the tiles to other parties, highlighting that however simple the job, the level of customer satisfaction doesn’t waver. Every installation, every client, is individual and important; here at ecotile we treat them that way.
