Responsible Environmental Practise: Many flooring products such as adhesive, primer, levelling compound and underlay can pollute the indoor air with volatile organic compounds (emissions) and odours. The internationally recognized EMICODE EC1 recommends that only very low emission products should be used within a school environment. ecotile can be installed straight over the existing substrate without the need for screed, adhesive or underlay and the tiles surpass even the strictest regulations and guidelines helping protect both the environment and the buildings’ occupants.
